First off, the source code and XP drivers have shown up online at Asus’s support web site. If you want to get yourself an Asus Eee PC but would like to have Windows XP installed but don’t want to wait for Asus to start selling it with XP installed you can most likely install XP on it with an external optical drive. Download it here.
You can also now purchase the Eee PC at amazon.com.
