Apple has finally released the much anticipated iPhone firmware 2.0.1 (and iPod Touch). The update contains many bug fixes and will hopefully fix all of the issues many have been having with the iPhone. Of course you could always just stop installing, uninstalling, or updating apps on the phone itself and insead do all of that through iTunes but, I guess people are just going to do what they do.
Apple included the usual release notes containing “bug fixes” and not much else but reports have been coming out that the phone seems much snappier, the backup process is much faster, SMS typing is faster, and yes NetShare still works.
